Now it is a terrible hotel, as first mecure luna from accor hotels but know in hands of egyptians and know called Luna Sharm.
1. Ground floor back over seeing the garden. Terrible smells from the garden watering of pesticides en poisons in the water in the morning and late at night.
Sick for 3 days in belly, hardly eaten.
2. Moved from rooms to other side of complex to ground floor overseeing the swimming pool. Also sick from the watering, the gardens were watered at 6 0çlock and at night from the poisons and the shit in the water spraying the gardens. Sick, have hardly eaten for 6 days . In the bedroom stank it at 6 o'clock in the morning from the water and poisons.
3. Moved after 6 days to over side on the first floor. There it was better and stayed there for 4 days.
Food was terrible and left over's where used the following days in salads etc. Plates were dirty, tables and placemats from 5 years were never washed also the tables they were only cleaned with tissues. We complained and they did nearly nothing to make my stay better.
Even people from England from cosmo were angry with luna sharm and a lot of people went to other hotels, even the Italians and Russians and Egyptians were angry and were also sick from this hotel.
Cosmo is pulling out of luna sharm because it?s a bad hotel now. 1 star hotel now. I recommend now not to sell this hotel anymore because you will get very many problems and complaints.
Because I thought it would get better I stayed and did not complain to the tourist operator working in sharm.
